There is no fee for vehicle owners or fleet operators to submit service requests or use the Drive Service Network platform. Service providers pay a network participation fee. The cost of the actual automotive service is between you and the service provider.

What if I'm not satisfied with the service? +

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you have an issue with a service, contact our support team and we will work to resolve it. We have a structured dispute resolution process and maintain accountability standards for all network providers. Providers who do not meet our standards are removed from the network.

What geographic areas does Drive Service Network cover? +
